British downhiller Bernard Kerr has made Queenstown home over summer, stoppy-ing his way around the local trails and parks and getting in a few races as he prepares for the 2015 season.
Surrounded by a moto and a heap of mountain bikes, Bernard is taking the New Zealand lifestyle at full tilt, and the rest of the video shows us the best New Zealand has to offer, from big whips and huge signature stoppies to grabbing a mid air beer for a refreshing end to the ride. We reckon Bernard might be enjoying himself but he’s also working hard getting ready for the season. It’s not all about beers and wheelies; racing is high on his agenda too. 22nd was his best World Cup race result last year but with a solid 5th at the recent New Zealand National Champs being the highest, things are looking good going into the 2015 season.
