If you’re in Christchurch this weekend it sounds like it might be worth popping down to the old Cafe Valentino site (813 Colombo St). Why? Well, two groups of Canterbury students have joined forces to create six special spaces for the Christchurch community and one of the six “spaces” is a pump track. The SVA (Student Voulenteer Army) will be down there on the 28th. Get down there, lend a hand, cheer them on or wait till they’ve finished and shred the heck out of it. More info can be found here.
