On the drive back from the DME last month with da man Ricky Pincott and Micky, conversation turned from bikes to trail building and the Slackboy told me of a project that was rumoured to be underway in the Rai Valley, between Picton and Nelson. Apparently Kurt Lancaster and partner Olivia Johnston had acquired some land and were building trails all over it... what a great idea, I thought. Now the great idea is a reality, and damn if it doesn't look fantastic... check out their plans for a flow park in this video from Stash Media Works and Cactus Outdoor.
