Wide Open team rider and Alexandra based ripper Matt Scoles is in Europe right now racing the World Cups on this sweet new raw Turner DHR. It seems SRAM’s Black Box team manager Tyler Morland is the only one rocking the DW-Link version at the moment. You can check out Matt in the latest issue of Spoke which you can buy from our webshop right now.
Due to the tight production times on the frame from Turner and the joys of shipping goods globally, the frame only arrived with Matt on the first day of DH practice in La Bresse (the frame took a long winded trip from the USA to Auckland and THEN to France)
Matt took over the build kit, which included all of the top notch bits from Wide Open, including 888ATA World Cup Forks, MRP G2 guide, Gravity light cranks, bars and stem, SDG I-beam saddle and post, Atomlab Ti Spoke Pimplite Wheels, Air-corp pedals and rolling on Tioga tyres.
