Registration for the Giant Toa Enduro and Crankworx Rotorua Downhill events is set to open at 7pm NZDT for amateur riders keen to go head to head with some of the worlds best riders on some of the worlds best terrain.
The multi-stage Giant Toa Enduro runs on Wednesday, Mar. 9, 2016 and explores the Whakarewarewa Forest, culminating at the main Crankworx site, Skyline Rotorua Gravity Park. The Crankworx Rotorua Downhill presented by iXS will be held inside the park and closes out the five-day Crankworx Rotorua festival on Sunday, Mar. 13, 2016.

In addition to rider registration, registration for volunteers will open tonight also. Upwards of 200 volunteers came out to support the inaugural event in 2015, and the event organizers are hoping 2016 brings even more enthusiasm.
“Volunteers are the lifeblood of this event and we want to make sure it’s a valuable and rewarding experience for everyone who gets involved,” says Tak Mutu, Crankworx Rotorua event director.
Tickets for Crankworx Rotorua are still available on Crankworx.com. The event runs from March 9 – 13, 2016 in Skyline Rotorua Gravity Park.
