Yesterday was another stunner here at Crankworx, Rotorua. It was practise day for DH & Slope with the big event of the day being the Mons Royale Dual Speed and Style.
Check out all the the Spoke team’s images from the day as Jill Kintner became the first ever women’s winner of the Speed & Style and Tomas Slavik showed that sometimes speed is better than style as he stole the big prize away from Kyle Strait.

Are you fast enough and do you have any style?

Kyle Strait had the perfect mix and speed and style to beat most people in the field

Tomas Salvik’s (inside) speed managed to out do a lot of his more stylish competitors – here he’s reins in Adrien Loron in the semi-final

In the first ever women’s S&S final Jill Kitner (pictured) held off Casey Brown to take the win

Fast and furious – Tomas turned on the speed in the final with the fastest time of the day, which was too much even for Kyle’s double tailwhip finish

Tomas pretty damn stoked on the win
