We have been testing a Knolly Endorphin and a Yeti ASR 7 for a while now, but Leif (Yeti), Mark (Knolly) and I haven’t managed to get out for a ride together. On Saturday with no camera in sight (save for the VholdR Helmet cam) we hit up Boobies and The Three Sisters in the Akatarawas. It was super wet and insanely fun. It may not look like it on film but these two rides are some of the most technical trails in Wellington; big roots, steep slippery descents and lots of rutted clay. If you are in town with a spare six hours we can show you. There will be in-depth review videos for both bikes on November 6th when Spoke issue 34 drops.

The Crankworx World Tour made its second stop this weekend in Cairns, Australia. Cradled between the Great Barrier Reef and a World Heritage tropical rainforest, Cairns has become synonymous with steep terrain, great racing and rowdy crowds. Take a look at what the weekend had in store.
