Mike Ross: Purpose
Mike Ross, the electrician-turned-slopestyle star from Queanbeyan, Australia loves bikes. He’ll ride anything, and he’ll race them too, from BMX to enduro to downhill.
But it’s his skills on a jump bike that has brought him attention in recent years. Ross was the first Australian to win the men’s speed and style event at Crankworx Rotorua last year, and the first to land a cash roll off a flat drop (a 180 to backflip to 180).
“It’s been a hell of a journey, but it’s been fun as well. We’re just getting started.”
Trek’s series exploring how their riders find ‘purpose’ will next feature Dan Butterworth. You can watch Harriet Burbage-Smith’s edit here.
