So what is Super D?
A Super D race is best described as a Downhill Cross-Country race. It includes little technical elements of downhill and has some pedalling to even the field. Any bike will do for a Super D race, but this category of racing is where the all-mountain/trail bikes with 4 to 6 inches of travel can really excel.

  1. just to let you all know that Mike the Hippy has already spent hundreds of hours with some help building a new high speed track with jumps etc from the top of the hill. also he and me have built a wicked drop onto the soccer field,(dont worry, there will be a pussy line) and we will be putting in about 5 wooden ramps down the track the day before the race.of course there are already a few expert opinionaters who are picking holes in the trails we are sweating over. we have taken much wanted feedback from those who have helped dig .Anyone else with opinions is recommended to come and dig it yourself.
its going to be awesome. see you all there.
