The Nelson MTB club kicked off their Sprung Super D Series last week. They seem to be taking their event pretty serious; shit, they even have categories. Kieran Bennett was fastest overall with a time of 09:15.4 with Jamie Nicoll and Derek Winwood taking the next two spots (overall that is, here at Spoke HQ we don’t believe in Super D categories except women’s and men’s). You can check out the serious results, divided by category here. Don’t expect anything but a hand written piece of paper from the Underground Wellington races.
It was such a serious affair they even had an event photographer!
