The Process X And Process X DL are our answer to big days of gravity-fueled riding. Two carbon models feature 170mm/162mm front and rear travel, 29” wheels, and aggressive geometry ready to charge down the burliest of descents. While the Process X is the enduro/freeride bike designed with descents in mind, it is still able to pedal up big climbs to get you to the goods.

FEATURES:

Seven years ago, we introduced the Process to the world. It was a head-turner from day one with its aggressive geometry, pedaling efficiency, and ability to chew up descents like a mini downhill bike. Brand new this year is the longer-travel Process X. The Process 153s get a bit of love and revamped geometry and tubing that is a hybrid of the Process X and Process 134 making them lighter and more streamlined. For those hungry for the ultimate trail bike, the Process 134 lineup features seven bikes that ensure the perfect build exists for everyone. With 12 Processes, 3 different travel sizes, carbon, aluminum 29, and 27.5 wheels, we are confident there is a perfect Process for all riders.

If the Undertaker rode a mountain bike, he’d undoubtedly ride the Process X DL. Aimed at nothing but ripping riders on the most technical of terrain, the Process X DL is a monster on the trails. A full carbon frame features the all-new RockShox Zeb Ultimate RC2 fork with 170mm of travel and a RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate rear shock boasting 161mm of travel. A SRAM XO1 Eagle drivetrain provides maximum range when hitting the liaison stages between trails. We tossed on some ultra-burly Maxxis EXO+ casing tires—Assegai front and Minion DHR II rear—for the rough stuff. SRAM Code RSC brakes provide mega stopping power, but who needs brakes when you’re this busy hauling ass?
