Southstar Shuttles x NZO Clothing

Jeff Carter from Southstar Shuttles and Gary Sullivan from NZO Clothing have collaborated to design this new Southstar riding shirt. The short sleeve shirt is made from the same special synthetic fabric NZO developed for their trail riding shirts and the graphics are sublimated—not screen printed—ensuring they’re not going to wash out or peel off. Jeff said, “I’ve wanted to produce a riding shirt for a while, but struggled to get the right fabric weight and cut for the shirt, so it made sense to work with Gaz. He has so much experience with mountain bike clothing and with sublimation and by working with his Asian suppliers we can produce these awesome shirts for a reasonable price”. The shirt features the New Zealand flag on the left sleeve—a nod to our National Champions race jerseys—and the Rotorua shuttle trail map on the right sleeve (look close you’ll see the newest trail Te-Tihi-o-Tawa). The sky blue colour gradient is a first for these manufacturers, but as Gaz says “they nailed it!” Rotorua Shuttle Manager Kim McVicker is taking pre-orders for the shirts; get your order in by Friday 13th July, and expect six weeks for manufacture and delivery, just in time for spring riding!
