From one valley to the next, Day 5 covered huge distance (65km) and descended over 4,000m to deliver Mavic Trans-Provence 2016 to the town of Sospel, where riders will refuel their batteries ready to tackle the final day of racing.
It’s been one hell of a journey so far, and Day 6’s four stages will take the event out of the mountains it has travelled through for the last week and deliver it to the shores of the Mediterranean.
