Mark Dickson from KRD imports just cycled into the office. Mark is the distributor for Race Face, Lezyne, Hope, WTB, E13 and a bunch of other cool brands and he’s sick of driving. So sick that when he comes to Wellington to show his new product to shops he flys from Christchurch with his bike and pedals round all the shops. How awesome is that. So he had some pretty cool stuff on him, like these new Race Face Next carbon cranks, at 730g (175mm) they are ludicrously light and built from the same proprietary carbon material as the new Boeing Dreamliner. Then out came the Hope stuff like these new Hope Mini X2s which feature a lighter calliper thanks to fancy new software that eliminates unnecessary material.
